The Steelers made a roster move. They released outside linebacker Brandon Lindsey of Pitt and signed
OLB Ryan Baker in his place. Baker like Lindsey was an undrafted free agent. He played for LSU
last season. Baker will hope to make this team due to his special teams play.

Back in 2007 heading up to the NFL Draft I had an obsession with 3 players on defense. I thought there
were 3 game changing guys in that draft. Those three players were Patrick Willis, LaMarr Woodley and
Darrelle Revis. The rest of the draft was solid but these three guys were going to […]

Tino Sunseri should not feel as bad about how Todd Graham treated him at Pitt. Graham treats possible
first round picks that way as well. Graham is already running talent out of Arizona State because he
is just as big a jerk there as he was at Pitt. Arizona State Quarterback Brock Osweiler who […]

The Steelers will face off against a familiar face when they come back from the bye week. Former
Steelers, Pitt and West Allegheny Quarterback Tyler Palko will make his second career start versus his
hometown team when the Chiefs take on the Steelers. He will make his first career start this week
versus the New […]

The Steelers played an awesome game this week and looked like the team we all know and love. They have
what should be two easy weeks coming up with Jacksonville and Arizona coming to town with a combined record
of 2-8 so things are looking good for the Steelers this week.
Hines Ward is feeling […]

The Pittsburgh Panthers and Syracuse have officially joined the ACC. They make the 13th and 14th school
to join the division. This is a step up in the football world but it may be a lateral step in the
basketball world. The ACC wants to create a 16 team league. The 2 other schools they […]

The Pittsburgh Panthers have applied to join the ACC. The team wants to leave the Big East and head to
a conference that is more respected around the nation. No one shows the Big East any love and the move
could be good for the Panthers in football.
This just shows you how important football […]

Former Pitt standout Dorin Dickerson is working out for the Steelers. Dickerson was a player without a
position at Pitt and in the NFL he has been moved to Wide Receiver. Dickerson’s primary position at
Pitt would be considered one of those positions the Steelers use often now and that is the H-Back.
Dickerson would […]

Former Pittburgh Panther Fullback Henry Hynoski will be a New York Giant this season. I was hoping
Hynoski would end up a Steeler. He would have been a good fit. He will be suiting up for the G
Men though.

Former Pittsburgh Panther Dom DeCicco has joined the Chicago Bears. DeCicco played Safety while at
Pitt. He will be an Outside Linebacker in Chicago. He received interest from the Bills, Bears,
Saints and Steelers. DeCicco chose the Bears over his hometown team because the Bears gave him a pre
draft visit. He felt comfortable with […]

After the devastating loss to Butler in the NCAA tournament, Ashton Gibbs the Pitt Panther’s junior guard
will be declaring for the draft. He will however not hire an agent until he tests the waters a bit so
if it doesn’t seem to be in his favor then he can come back to school. According […]

Pitt’s number one draft prospect Jonathan Baldwin has acquired some great advice from former Pitt Football
stars while preparing for the NFL Draft.
Baldwin is working out with New York Jets All-Pro Cornerback Darrelle Revis and Arizona Cardinals All-Pro
Receiver Larry Fitzgerald. These are two of the best guys to get information from. Revis is […]

Hot off of the presses as per, oh, five minutes ago via Chris Peak’s Twitter feed it has been reported that
starting Panther tight end Mike Cruz has elected to leave the team after being suspended yesterday for a
violation of team rules. Todd Graham came in rattling his saber and threatening to increase team […]
