The skills competition started off to see who the fastest skater was. Kris Letang won his race with a time of 14.501 seconds but did not have what it takes to make it to the next round of the challenge. The breakaway and accuracy shooting contests had neither Malkin, Letang or Neal in them. [...] I figured now would be a good time to have our first guest article on BB&G!
